A 24-year-old man is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a downtown shooting Sunday morning.
At about 2:30 a.m., police and paramedics responded to reports of several shots fired in the George Street area.
Officers found a male victim with two gunshot wounds to his upper thigh region, one in each leg.
The victim refused to provide a statement and is not co-operating with the police investigation.
The guns and gangs unit is investigating.
