Rappelling in Rope for Hope and making children's wishes come true

Make-A-Wish Eastern Ontario held its second annual Rope for Hope in Ottawa on Saturday at the Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa East.

In the unique event, participants raise pledges for the chance to rappel down the side of a building. Individuals must raise a minimum of $1,500 to receive the chance to rappel.

Money raised goes toward granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
