Michael Harrington has new paintings at Galerie St-Laurent + Hill (293 Dalhousie), with more of his scenes that look like they’re from a ’70s gangster film. The Ottawa artist’s paintings are cinematic moments of tough-looking men standing in plush rooms, or by cars in the woods. Every scene suggests trouble, though what trouble is never clear. The exhibition continues to May 15. Read more about Harrington and his work here.
