A suspect believed to be involved in a convenience store robbery in Ottawa’s south end turned himself into police Wednesday night.
The Ottawa Police Service charged the 45-year-old male suspect with one count of robbery. He was released from custody following a promise to appear in court on July 5.
Sgt. Mike Haarbosch thanked media outlets and the “number of tips” police received after an image of the suspect was released Wednesday morning.
