The Ottawa police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man involved in what’s being described as an aggravated assault Saturday night on Preston Street.
Police responded to a disturbance call around 1:50 a.m. Sunday between Louisa Street and Norman Street.
A 20-year old man was found at the scene with serious injuries from an assault. He was transported to a local hospital.
His assailant is believed to have a Eastern European accent and was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. He was last seen going north along Preston Street.
