Antiques: Discover everything from prints to pine, deco to decorator finds, kitsch to kitchen ware and mod to mid-century modern at the Ottawa Antiques & Vintage Market Saturday and Sunday. The sale features one-of-a-kinds, country pine, accent pieces, Persian carpets and more. It’s at the Fieldhouse at Carleton University, University Drive, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10. Get a discount pass here.
Glebe heritage: Take a walking tour with Heritage Ottawa Sunday through the area of Glebe once known as Clemora Park. Home to leading politicians, businessmen, doctors and civil servants, it was one of Ottawa’s most scenic and desirable residential areas. Meet at 2 p.m. at the northwest corner of Bank Street and Clemow Avenue. Cost is $10 for non-members and $5 for members.

Worldly gifts: Back for another year, the Third World Bazaar runs Fridays through Sundays until Nov. 15. Find unique handcrafted gifts and home decor from artisans around the world. Located in an unheated barn at 6110 Mitch Owens Dr. in Manotick Station (dress warm), hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Christmas shopping: Spend the day in Almonte and get a jump on your holiday shopping with the Christmas in the Valley Artisan Show. More than 25 juried vendors will offer a range of handmade gifts Nov. 7 and 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s in the upper hall at the Almonte arena, 182 Bridge St.
