You decide, then cast your vote for the Ottawa Citizen People’s Choice Award.
Part of the annual Housing Design Awards put on by the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association, the award is voted on by the public and the winner announced at the glitzy awards gala Oct. 3.
Traditionally, votes have been cast at the Ottawa Fall Home Show, where all the entries are displayed. You can still do that from Sept. 24 to 27 at the EY Centre, 4899 Uplands Dr., but new this year is the option to look over the entries and vote online.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, custom homes, builders’ models, outside spaces — if it’s a design element in a home, you’ll find it in the record number of finalists — 167 in all — from across the region.
