A three-year-old boy suffered a puncture wound on his right cheek from a dog bite Sunday morning.
François Côté, a paramedic superintendent, said they were called to a home on Iris Street at 11:27 a.m.
Paramedics cleaned the boy’s wound and bandaged it but didn’t take him to the hospital.
The boy’s mother said she would take him to the hospital after she got someone to look after her two other children.
Police searched the area for the dog but couldn’t find it.
