Investigators were looking for the cause of a fire Monday that destroyed a two-storey house in rural south Ottawa.
No one was injured in the fire, which appeared to have started in the basement at 5567 Dalmeny Rd., south of the village of Osgoode, the Ottawa Fire Service said.
Damage was estimated at $450,000. Two people were displaced by the fire.
