There has been a fair bit of commentary on the upcoming closure of Target in Canada. Personally, I will miss Target. I was impressed with the efforts made to provide a pleasant shopping experience.

The Billings Bridge location was top-notch.
Staff was so courteous, friendly and helpful, I would walk around in the store with a smile on my face as person after person asked if they could assist in any way. Such customer service is quite exceptional. The store was bright and clean, everything was new and attractive. What an improvement over the shabby old Zellers we had.
Clearly the management team was doing something right. Although some shelves may have looked a bit sparse, the good points more than made up for it.
I really appreciated my local Target. The store will be greatly missed!
