A log home on Franktown Road, which was under renovation, was damaged after a fire broke out Saturday evening.
Just before 6 p.m., Ottawa Fire received a 911 call reporting smoke coming out of the roof of the home at 7289 Franktown Rd., and the windows hot.
There were no occupants; however, paramedics assessed one person for smoke inhalation.
Damage is estimated at around $60,000.
The cause of the fire is unknown, and is under investigation.
